A late sixties entry level Bottecchia in okay shape with some very nice details (after and before below).  The biggest challenge was the mattress saddle attached to the frame with a Kryptonite lock - eventually pried off with a very long steel pipe. The stickers might have been nice to keep, but they were pretty tattered. The simplex derailleurs were cracked in the usual places, so we removed a chainring and set it up as a single speed. The cotter pins in the steel cranks were shot (note the non-parallel cranks in the before picture).  We had to order Italian-sized pins from a moped supplier in California.
